	The house is a 1540 sq. ft. ranch over a full walk-out basement with a two car garage and front porch. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large utility room as you enter from the garage. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all centrally located and very spacious. This is a very popular floor plan and is offered in 4 or 5 different square footages. Kevin, I don't think we ever thanked you for all you did for us and our home. We love it and it has already expanded with our new daughter, Morgan, who was born in July. 	Kevin and all the Pine Ridge Group, Just a " little" note to say a " Big" thanks for making our dream house become to reality. I really don't think there is a one Single thing we love the best, but lets see..." The Open Loft" Beautiful, its almost my favorite spot in the house. I love to set up there with a good book of course. All the natural light from the wonderful windows on one whole end of the house makes it a great reading spot. We just love the whole openess that the house exudes. I could go on and on but I will stop. Just know that we could not have done it with out everyone of you. A little input and suggestion from everyone helped someone who couldn't visualize the final outcome until now...when all we can say is WOW! More than we ever anticipated.
