My husband and I bought a home through Pine Ridge Homes, out of Vandalia. Overall, our experience was wonderful. our... house is now finished and we have been in it since October2022. There were minor/minimal setbacks. we got in the house without a few weeks of the time frame. Overall the house is beautful. the things i have asked to be fixed have been or are scheduled to be fixed. but you will have minor imperfections with any house. Kevin, Amber, Sheldon, & Mike were the main ones we worked with. They were pleasent. Made us feel welcome. And bless their hears for helping me with my indecisiveness. If we were to build again, we would definitely use them again! We live in a small town, and i still get random messages about how beautiful the blue is on the outside of our home.... If you are looking to build, i would consider this business. they will go above to make a home and fix or address any concerns you may have!! Thank youread more

Melody and I enjoyed our experience buying our Pine Ridge Home. The entire crew at Vandalia was incredible. Mike... treated every question or change in the same respectful manner, even when it could possibly have been silly. Lisa was always helpful, whether in person or on the phone. Mike helped us customize our floorplan down to the last detail. He helped us with changes to the initial floor plan, paint, carpeting, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and even location of outlets and dish tv hookups. He double checked to make certain our house, when it was set on the basement, met the blueprint exactly. Each and every crew who worked on the house (basement, electric, HVAC, carpentry, painting, carpeting, and plumbing) were professional, top notch and attentive to every request. The crane crew, along with the house setting crew, were amazing to watch. The handyman was so talented and took care of every concern, no matter how small. We wholeheartedly recommend Pine Ridge Homes to any and all who are interested in a well-built, custom modular home.read more

We moved into our new home from Pine Ridge Homes almost three months ago! We are very pleased with the quality of the... Rochester home as well as all the additional onsite finish work that Pine Ridge completed for us. Kevin was a pleasure to work with, very polite and respectful. Sheldon did an excellent job of communicating throughout the building process and we were very satisfied with the quality of work performed by the sub contractors they hired. Pine Ridge is very professional, I am very satisfied with their work and we love our new home. We've been in it for... almost 4 years now. They never did come out to take pictures of the inside once we were moved in though. Also, the windows that came with the home were not Anderson brand that were advertised, I believe they are a cheaper brand. Other than this, we are very satisfied with Pine Ridge and would recommend them. Also, the gentlemen that built our front porch was very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend them.read more
